Process monitoring system for spinning preparatory department

This invention provides an IoT based technology to monitor the process in the spinning preparatory industry and helps to solve the problems persisting in material handling, identification and transportation of materials in various stages of different processes.

This invention provides an encoding apparatus and driving arrangement in the delivery portion of the spinning preparatory machines. Each sliver storage Can consists an electronic tag. The process data will be encoded in the electronic tags before storing the material in those Cans. A decoding apparatus is mounted in the feeding area of each machine which could scan each feed Cans and ensure the entry of right material. Said encoding and decoding apparatus are connected with the CPU wirelessly and the status of each process will be updated and monitored online.

A handheld scanner is also available to check and ensure the data stored in the tags. The operator shall use and identify the material stored in the Cans manually. We will provide a software to control and monitor the entire process in a 24 X 7 manner.
