SPINNING RINGS AND TRAVELLERS

The next generation spinning Ring is here. The pentagon shaped flange helps to increase the spindle speed of Ring spinning machines to at least 20 % than the existing. The increased Ring and traveller contact area helps to minimise the traveller flyout and results in better heat dissipation. The increased flange crown height helps to balance the centre of gravity. Most importantly, a slot is introduced in the flange area which acts as a passage to yarn. This space helps to avoid the generation of Neps, reduces the end breakage rate and also eliminates the hairiness generation.

The Penta traveller is a pentagon shaped product which supports to increase the spindle speed. As this traveller has no curvature like conventional travellers, uniform shape of travellers can easily be achieved. Manufacturing of Travellers is simple and it is also possible to make zero defect travellers.
