Our Automatic cone printing machine ’PICASO’ is a newly developed machine with advanced features. Currently, the spinning mills are using Paper cones to wind the yarn as a package. The paper cones consist an identification mark in the base and nose part which are printed during manufacturing. Also, an identification label is pasted in each cone to identify the Count, Factory name and other details. Purchase of such printed cones and storing it increase the inventory cost. Also, preparing and pasting the labels involves more labour and consumes lots of time.
